Khao Takiab BeachThe beach at the Chopsticks RockDream beach with white sand Following the Hua Hin central beach the fine white sand beach of Khao Takiab is beginning. This beautiful beach is located about seven kilometers south of Hua Hin. Here you find sandy and bathing beaches, which are visited by little people. Only in the peak season, when the luxury hotels are occupied, it is a busy beach. A special attraction of this beach is a small mountain, which rises into the sea and on whose top is a temple. Especially in the hot season this place is very popular, because in and around the temple it is windy and you will get a cool breeze of air. It is a wonderful place to escape from the heat of the day.

For bathing the beach to the right of the mountain is best. There is plenty of space here and the beach section is particularly popular because of the quiet location. For families with children, the beach is ideally suited because the water is very shallow and is therefore especially suitable for the little ones for splashing.  The fine sand beach is suitable for long, romantic walks.  On the beach of Khao Takiab you can spend an individual beach holiday!  Some hotels have sun loungers and umbrellas that you can hire.  Culinary you will be honored with "wandering kitchens".  ... or just sit down in a shady beach cafe.  At all beaches of Hua Hin you can find the wandering traders. Many times they have good quality clothes for a low price.  If you want to exercise, you can cycle along the beach by bicycle.  Left of the small mountain is a small, romantic fishing village.
